Our Protocol Engineering and MVP Execution team comprises 40+ world-class engineers and proficient business analysts who run requirements gathering and elicitation workshops with our partners. Products and services should be battle-tested quickly, which is why we embrace the Minimum Viable Product or MVP model. We deliver software swiftly to receive speedy feedback that can translate into optimal client results.

Once we understand what kind of business value is needed, we move towards ideation and visualization by creating prototypes, for example, proof of concept, sketches, and interactive diagrams. Once the general vision is approved and agreed upon, we carry on with the architectural design and development process. In most cases, we implement iterative methodologies like Agile. We work on 1-2 week sprints, creating a continuous feedback loop between the client and delivery team.

We value transparent and direct communication, which is why we never work in silos. Getting our partners actively engaged in the development process is of top priority.

Our engineering and research teams have substantial knowledge and hands-on experience designing, developing, and integrating KYC and AML solutions for DeFi Products. The team provides Nethermind’s Partners with current, timely, and in-depth analysis that translates into a market competitive advantage and optimal investment strategies. Our analysts collaborate closely with other specialized technical teams across Nethermind, adding unique value to the comprehensive reports. The research we do covers every aspect of the product lifespan and lifecycle, including business acumen, technical excellence, market sentiment, community validation, economics and tokenomics, and legal aspects.
